Balneario de Carolina, PR
Today I did a 90 minutes “Solo Swim” starting at Balneario Carolina (Carolina Public Beach).
This large beach of white sand is actually a series of 3 beaches in a row, They are located between Isla Verde and Piñones.
Lot of sand, clear aqua-marine warm water and large palm trees !!!!
This is one of the Blue Flag beaches in Puerto Rico. The water quality is monitored and clean, there are facilities including showers, lifeguards and bathrooms. You find also a couple of places that rent chairs and umbrellas.
The beach is open for public from 8:00am until 5:00pm, Wednesday through Sunday.
